Location: This session will run in the facilitation space on Auahatanga | Creativity (level four) at Tūranga  and in the Boardroom at Papanui

Session Length: 90 minutes

Price: $19 per student with their own kit, $28.50 for two students sharing a kit and building together

Come along to this exciting ninety-minute session and use LEGO Technic to explore how physics and mechanics can help or hinder us in sports. Explore momentum, drag, angles, pneumatics and more!

Students will have instructions to follow for their model, but once they feel confident, we can give them some extra challenges to improve the design and they can modify their machine to make it one of a kind!

We recommend this class for students aged eight and over. Younger imagineers are welcome, but an adult will need to accompany them and help out (no extra charge).

This session will be run in the facilitation space (outside the computer labs) on Auahatanga | Creativity (level four).

Imagination Station does not supervise students between classes, this is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver. Some courses may be run in multiple locations. Please check individual session listings carefully for details.
